Refund Policy

At Assure Tours, we strive to provide our customers with seamless flight booking services. We understand that travel plans may change, and we aim to offer a transparent and fair refund process. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the type of ticket purchased and the airline’s fare rules. Some tickets may be non-refundable or may carry cancellation penalties as defined by the airline.

  • Refundable Tickets: Eligible for a refund as per the airline’s policy.

  • Non-Refundable Tickets: May only be eligible for a refund of airport taxes (if applicable).

  • Partially Used Tickets: Refunds may be calculated based on the unused portion, subject to airline approval.

2. Cancellation Requests
  • All cancellation requests must be made through our customer support team via email or phone.

  • Cancellation charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of the request.

  • Refunds are processed only after receiving confirmation from the airline.

3. Refund Processing Time
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7-21 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the airline, payment gateway, and bank policies.

4. Service Fees
  • Assure Tours charges a service fee for processing cancellations and refunds. This fee is non-refundable.

  • Airline cancellation or change fees may also apply, as per their respective policies.

5. No-Show Policy
  • In case of a no-show (passenger does not board the flight), the ticket is considered non-refundable by most airlines.

  • No refunds will be processed for no-show cases unless specified by the airline.

6. Flight Cancellations or Schedule Changes by Airline
  • If your flight is canceled or rescheduled by the airline, you may be eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling, subject to the airline’s policies.

  • Assure Tours will assist in coordinating with the airline, but the final decision rests with the airline.
